Judith Talitwala

As Chief Executive Officer of Women Integrated Empowerment Development (WIED), Judith Talitwala provides overall leadership and direction to the organization. She is responsible for driving WIED’s vision of eliminating poverty and promoting socio-economic development among rural women and youth. Judith oversees daily operations, ensures effective program delivery, and works closely with the Board and Managing Director to strengthen governance, partnerships, and sustainability. With her commitment to women’s empowerment and community transformation, she plays a key role in inspiring innovation, mobilizing resources, and amplifying WIED’s impact at both local and national levels.
